<p>Clémence Consulting a accompagné son client pour adapter la génération de leads à la nouvelle organisation multi-marque et multiplier le taux de transformation. Nous avons réalisé une mission de Business Consulting auprès du Marketing Central, des Marques et du Réseau. <b>Les interviews et l’analyse des données CRM ont permis d’établir un rapide état des lieux et de proposer un plan d’action concret</b> :</p>
<p>✓ Grâce à des <b>itérations rapides d’analyses dans un « Bac à Sable de données », nous avons généré des opportunités à traiter </b><b>et les avons envoyées au réseau hebdomadairement via Salesforce.</b> Parmi les bonnes pratiques mises en œuvre :</p>
<p>▪ Utiliser l&#8217;expertise des Méthodes Commerciales pour créer des opportunités prioritaires</p>
<p>▪ Faciliter l&#8217;acceptation des critères d&#8217;affectation des leads par les marques, chaque lead ayant une raison claire pour sa sélection et son affectation</p>
<p>▪ Ajuster le nombre de leads et le rythme d&#8217;envoi à la capacité des équipes commerciales</p>
<p>▪ Corriger automatiquement les référentiels pour garantir le bon canal et le bon point de vente</p>
<p>✓ Puis nous avons facilité l’animation du réseau, mesuré l’efficacité (augmentation du taux de transformation,  benchmarks par canal et point de vente, benchmark des campagnes) et suivi les plans d’action</p>
<p><em><strong><span style="color: #1cbeb6;">‒ Cas client n°2 dans le domaine Banque-Assurance :</span></strong></em></p>
<p>Clémence Consulting a accompagné plusieurs clients de la Banque-Assurance, dans la modernisation de leurs outils de distribution pour la prise en compte de l’intégration de nouvelles Banques dans le groupe. Nous avons notamment mis en place des <b>centres de pilotage des programmes (PMO</b>) et assuré des missions en tant que <b>Business Analyst</b>, de l’instruction du besoin au déploiement des solutions.</p>

<p>Clémence Consulting a accompagné son client pour améliorer l’efficacité du process « <b>Order To Cash</b> », de la commande au paiement et <b>gérer les risques</b>. Nous avons mené une mission de <b>Business </b><b>Consutling</b> auprès des Directions Financières centrate et régionales. Les interviews, l’analyses des données (détail du poste client ~130.000 créances en cours pour 500M€) et les ateliers réalisés avec chaque région ont permis de faire un rapide état des lieux et de proposer un plan d’action sur mesure, incluant :</p>

<p>Clémence Consulting supported its client as part of a <b>program dedicated to its partners</b>. The objective is to animate the network of partners, to help them mature and to <strong>boost sales of a new service offering.</strong></p>
<p>We carried out a Business Consulting mission with the departments concerned at our client and its largest partners.</p>
<p>After segmenting the partners, the organization of meetings made it possible to inform/train the partners and workshops facilitated the sharing of feedback, good practices and the establishment of joint marketing and sales action plans to reach the final consumer.</p>

			<p>Dans le paysage énergétique mondial, l’énergie solaire n’est plus une promesse technologique futuriste : elle est une réalité croissante, une force de rupture. Mais si les projecteurs se tournent souvent vers les grandes puissances industrielles, c’est dans les pays en développement — en Inde, au Vietnam ou en Afrique subsaharienne — que le photovoltaïque pourrait exercer son plus profond impact. Là où les réseaux électriques sont souvent fragiles, intermittents ou inexistants, l’énergie solaire ne représente pas une simple alternative : elle devient une solution systémique.</p>
<p>L’Inde en est l’illustration frappante. Avec une population de plus de 1,4 milliard d’habitants et une consommation énergétique en croissance rapide, le pays se trouve face à une équation redoutable : produire davantage d’énergie sans aggraver une situation environnementale déjà critique. Dans ce contexte, l’énergie solaire est en train de redessiner le paysage. Des initiatives comme le programme <strong>PM-KUSUM</strong>, qui vise à équiper des millions de fermiers de pompes solaires, ou la création de grands parcs solaires dans des régions arides comme le Rajasthan, témoignent d’une volonté de transformation structurelle. Le solaire n’est pas ici un gadget urbain ; il irrigue l’agriculture, l’éducation, la santé.</p>
<p>Au Vietnam, la trajectoire est différente mais tout aussi révélatrice. Longtemps dépendant du charbon, le pays a surpris le monde en multipliant par plus de 100 sa capacité solaire installée entre 2018 et 2020. Cette croissance fulgurante n’a pas été uniquement portée par des investissements étrangers ou des grandes infrastructures. Une partie significative des progrès vietnamiens repose sur l’adoption décentralisée — des panneaux installés sur les toits d’écoles, d’hôpitaux, d’usines. Dans un pays confronté à une demande croissante et à des défis logistiques dans la distribution d’électricité, le solaire devient un levier d’agilité, une réponse souple à des contraintes rigides.</p>
<p>Mais c’est sans doute en Afrique subsaharienne que l’énergie solaire trouve son expression la plus essentielle. Dans de nombreuses zones rurales, l’accès à l’électricité reste un privilège rare. Environ 600 millions de personnes vivent sans lumière artificielle une fois la nuit tombée. Dans ce contexte, les panneaux photovoltaïques — qu’ils alimentent une clinique de brousse, un centre communautaire, ou une simple ampoule au-dessus d’un bureau d’écolier — prennent une dimension quasi existentielle.</p>
<p>Des initiatives comme les mini-réseaux solaires autonomes ou les kits solaires domestiques, déployés au Nigeria, au Kenya ou au Burkina Faso, montrent que l’innovation n’est pas réservée aux centres urbains mondiaux. Les modèles économiques s’adaptent : <strong>paiement à l’usage via mobile money</strong>, <strong>maintenance à distance</strong>, <strong>financement communautaire</strong>. Ce sont autant de stratégies inventées localement pour répondre à des réalités spécifiques, là où les modèles traditionnels d’infrastructure centralisée échouent.</p>
<p>Cependant, la promesse solaire ne va pas sans défis. Dans de nombreux cas, la dépendance à l’importation des panneaux et batteries limite l&#8217;autonomie stratégique des pays. La chaîne d’approvisionnement mondiale reste concentrée entre quelques géants asiatiques, avec une volatilité des prix qui peut freiner l’élan des projets locaux. Le manque de formation technique, d’incitations fiscales, ou de régulations stables entrave aussi le passage à l’échelle. Et parfois, l’énergie solaire est présentée comme une solution miracle sans intégrer les besoins réels, ni s’appuyer sur les acteurs de terrain.</p>
<p>Mais là encore, les blocages sont surmontables. Le potentiel solaire des régions concernées est l’un des plus élevés au monde. L’innovation locale est vive, les modèles hybrides (combinant solaire, stockage et diesel) deviennent viables économiquement, et la demande est immense. Ce n’est pas tant une question de faisabilité technologique qu’un enjeu d’alignement institutionnel, de volonté politique et d’inclusion des communautés.</p>
<p>Le véritable enjeu n’est donc pas simplement d’installer plus de panneaux, mais de les intégrer dans une logique de développement cohérente : former des techniciens locaux, créer des filières industrielles régionales, aligner les politiques publiques avec les réalités des territoires. Le solaire peut être un vecteur d’indépendance, d’émancipation économique, de résilience. Mais pour cela, il doit être traité non comme un « projet », mais comme une <strong>infrastructure de base</strong>, au même titre que l’eau ou les routes.</p>
<p>Dans un monde en transition, les pays en développement ne sont pas en retard : ils sont en position d’inventer un autre modèle. Le photovoltaïque n’y est pas une option parmi d’autres — il peut être, littéralement, la lumière au bout du tunnel.</p>
